TERM & CONDITION

1). Competition Mechanism (Info-graphic drawing video)

• This drawing video competition aims to let all Cambodian who have drawing skill show their talent to the public.

Theme: My Talent

Entry Requirements (Phone or Camera)

• How to do : Candidate have to record/shooting their drawing activity from start to the end as video.
• Format : HD720 – 1080P (Quality lower than HD 720 will fail automatically)
• Duration : 2 – 3:30 minutes (Drawing video over 3: 30 minutes will fail automatically)
• Language : Khmer

 Eligibility

• Individual or one team can submit only one short drawing video.
• Member or  ISI GROUP of Companies staff are not allowed to apply for this drawing competition.
• Drawing must exclude politic, cigarette or alcohol.
• The drawing must be yours
• Must be a new drawing video (never post on Social Media Platform (Youtube, facebook etc…))
• Mekong Homes has fully right to use or public all shortlist videos

Competition Timeline

• Participants registration start from 24^th June to 8^th July ,2019
• Drawing Video competition production start from 9^th July to 30^thJuly, 2019
• Shortlisted videos will be notified by email or other digital platform one week after submitted drawing video
• Shortlisted videos will be posted on Mekong Homes Facebook Page for voting from 7^th August to 16^th August, 2019
• The final result will be notified by email and post on Mekong Homes Facebook page on 20^th August,2019

Selection Process

• 50% from Mekong Homes Committees base on our criteria below

  • Follow the term condition of drawing competition
  • Candidate talent
  • Technical of video editing
• 50% from the Facebook Votes (Most likes and share get more points)
  • Like: 1 Score
  • Share: 3 Scores

2). Benefits for the participants

Award:

  1^st Prize        :               1,500,000 riel or 360$

  2^nd Prize       :               1,000,000 riel or 250$

3^rd Prize        :               500,000 riel or 110$
